Furthermore, the Mouth-Nose-Mask is not a PPE according to 2016/425/EC (Regulation on personal protective equipment) and is therefore not tested according to EN 149:2001, A1: 2009. The Mouth-Nose-Mask is only meant for private usage and does not provide protection against infections for the wearer, but reduces the spread of infectious saliva droplets.
